Soundproofing needs significant improvement!!! I could hear street noise and conversations. The parking fees were absurdly high, and the space was way too cramped for comfort!!!

i had well furnished and well-appointed room complete with a double bed, antibacterial tissues, for instance.

The location was quiet and decent with particularly nice views. It was located in a shopping area short walk to train station and bus station, the old town centre and the historic downtown, an amazing base for me.

Breakfast, it was cold, could be far better.

The location was perfect for exploring bamberg, and the comfortable amenities exceeded my expectations. The late check-in process was smooth, great to settle in without a hitch.

5 - 10 minutes walk to the city center, public transport connection 1 minute walk. Breakfast was varied. Very friendly and attentive staff

Unfortunately the hotel does not have air conditioning, if you open the window, the traffic is so loud that you cannot sleep. Unfortunately, only quiet with the window closed. Rooms very small and mixed up styles in the rooms. We upgraded our room. Small double room has no seating or storage options except for the bed. There is enough space to walk around the bed. Very narrow beds. Also ok for solo travelers, much too small as a couple. Breakfast more expensive than stated on website. Price-performance ratio unfortunately not justified. We usually look for three star hotels, unfortunately this was by far the worst for this price.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel. The soundproofing is horrific, i could hear every single conversation next door. Plus, the staff had such audacity, they didn't even offer me a complimentary drink for my troubles after my room mix-up. The only redeeming thing was the location, but i almost gave a good review, just couldn't.

Charming stay with a local touch

Our room was spacious and uniquely decorated. The staff greeted us warmly.

Sound insulation left something to be desired. Noisy neighbors kept us awake past midnight.

We loved the breakfast buffet, the young woman who acted as hostess was delightful. We also loved being able to get coffee in the room...something we had not experienced at any of the other hotels we stayed in during our 10 days in Germany and Austria. The location was good for access to shopping and restraunts. The staff was awesome and accomodating.

It was a bit loud with street noise in the evening. Parking was also an issue. The sofa bed which was our 3rd bed in the room was mot very comfortable.

The room was fairly quiet with central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a writing table.

I loved the view from my apartment, but street noise interrupted my sleep.

I had a room facing the main street which is quite noisy during the night. Without the AC it was either very hot or noisy with open window.

I loved the cozy vibe of my room. It was just a short walk to the main sights. The unique layout with my bedroom on the 3rd floor was different but enjoyable. It. The markets nearby were also a nice bonus 😊

The location is excellent, the hotel is comfortable, the room is comfortable. Close to all the most popular places in the city. Parked us not in the hotel itself, but opposite it, in another small parking lot. But literally 200 meters. Plus, it's guarded... Breakfast is usual, without excess, but the whole standard set is - buns, jams, yogurts, eggs, sausages, cheeses, juices, coffee... . Strange solution transparent doors by the bath and toilet. For us it was not a problem, we are married, but if friends or colleagues, it may be uncomfortable ))))).

In the room I did not catch the Internet on one of the devices, only at the reception and in the restaurant. Although the other one was working fine. It could be a problem with the phone.
